the location is superb, almost right at the liberty square. The place is very clean and it's also a historical building that is 200 years old, renovated with love. The space is organised with care and attention to details - it has everything that is needed for a longer stay, even washing machine and an iron is available. The bed is super comfortable! Especially I would like to thank the host Lili, who was helping me out with my late check in, provided all necessary information in advance, and then she also gave us tips to find the best local bread and cheese 💛 hospitality is a true Georgian treasure!

We felt at home here and had a great stay! The room was big and comfortable. This is a family run business and you can see that they go out of their way to make you have a good time. It's close to the metro and to Europe's square (where you can take the cable car to the mother of Georgia statue/Narikala fortress/botanical garden) or cross the river to the old town. The views from the main terrace are also amazing. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I visit Tbilisi in the future!

Great value for money. For a desirable price you’ll get a modern extra clean room with an incredible view on Tbilisi. Waking up to that view was something else. If you’re debating between staying somewhere in the city center or in Ma Xata, definitely choose Ma Xata. Taxi to the city center will cost you 3-4 lari ($1-1.5), a stay in the city center won’t offer the same amenities and comforts for the same price.

The host is super awesome. Kind, friendly and helping. Offered the best homemade wine I ever tried. The house is spacious, the land plot is huge. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Cool city view. Restaurants do deliver food here. Close (15 min) to Mtskheta, a nice touristic place.
