The lady arrangeing the breakfast is very kind and the breakfast is excellent, she can speak a little English, however it does not affect our communication. We arriving Tblisi International Airport early morning before 6:00am, this properties arranged pick-up services with fee to us , when we walked out from the Customer, we immediately received by the guy who come to pick us up, we felt safety and relax when we met him. The balcony of our room having excellent view to Tbilisi downtown with view for sunrise.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Tbilisi City, Ma Xata is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden.

First of all I want to say that the atmosphere is quite friendly, which is very important and great. We were filled with positive vibes and emotions during our stay. The room itself was designed very nice (had room on fourth floor). Hotel is very cozy with its chill vibes and aura, we have got upgraded to a different room, for which we want to thank their staff member, our view was amazing which was very unexpected. They tried to make our stay memorable, very pleased with their service and communicability, we have been checked in with pleasurable hostility even when we arrived at late night. We loved the fact that bus stop and center of the city was very close to the location, it was something that we were looking for. Very good environment, this place came out to be a hidden gem in Tbilisi for me and my wife. Everything was so nice that we even decided to stay for another night
