A very attractive, low-key yet well-designed and well-run hotel in perfect seclusion. Excellent breakfast and dinner on the spacious terrace, a welcoming pool and a relaxing massage at the SPA. Very attentive staff; helped us with a last-minute e-Bike rental (also great). Easy parking, short distances everywhere. Bonus point: The Alphorn musician in the evening!

A fantastic new appartment in the Berchtesgaden area ! Aside the facilities, high quality furniture, and everything perfectly clean the host also suprised us with a a lot of fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, fresh beans for the coffee machine and candies, nuts, chips as apero .. Had a wonderful stay here at amber hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was tidy, the manager at the reception was very kind and professional. They even had a welcome drink! The swimming pool is small but cozy and I'm sure it's a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The parking was easy too. Just use the automatic kasse before you drive out.

Very nice spacious rooms with view to the mountains, very clean, we were surprised to have already the couch prepared for our child with a small teddy bar on it even if we did not asked for it. Very nice Sky bar. My husband forgot his tooth brush and they helped him with anew one. The hotel is closed to everything by foot :)

A wonderful place to stay for a short stop over. The room was very clean with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was exceptional. Checking in was quite straightforward, and although the nearest eating and drinking establishments were quite a trek from the hotel, the owner has provided a fridge stacked with drinks. A bus stop was situated quite close to the hotel as well.
