Everything was excellent. The apartment is exactly according to the pictures. Spacious and very comfortable for a couple. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more than what is provided in other apartments. (eg baking paper). The owner of the apartment, the wonderful Irma, collects the garbage for recycling once a day, and about once every two days the normal garbage. We stayed five nights and after three nights she changed our towels. Everything we wanted we got. When the internet stopped going up, she came up to us and didn't leave until we saw that it was working again. The location is excellent. A quiet town within a very short walking distance to a train station from where you can go anywhere. to the main sites in the region and through Interlaken to any other city. There is convenient parking for guests.

The apertment was very well organised with god information, well equiped kitchen. The host meet us at arrival to make sure everything was ok. The appartment has smart looks with code, so it was nice of her to still meet us. Large living room, and beatueful view.

This place is run by a lovely couple who are genuinely kind, helpful, and solution-oriented. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. The room they gave us was beautiful, clean, and cozy — exactly what we needed. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a difference in our trip. Great location, just 2 mins from Wilderswil train station so getting anywhere was not a problem. The apartment had everything we needed, from coffee machine to dishwasher. We also had a basement parking which was convenient. Grocery store is 2 mins walk from the apartment. The host, Mario was also great and despite us reaching late at night he was there to welcome us and hand over the keys and also give detailed instructions. The apartment was neat and clean with fresh towels and sheets. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Interlaken area as it is not very far away and easily reachable by train.

The hostel is nice and clean. The location is exceptionally nice. As soon as you step out of the door, you stand in a Swiss mountain village. The staff was welcoming and cheerful. The breakfast in the hotel is very good and plentiful also we had free parking on site. would surely recommend :)

The apartment was complete, ha everything we needed to cook, hang out and sleep well. Comfortable, cozy, good heater. Soooo close to the train station and supermarket. The restaurant serves excellent food, opens Wednesday to Saturday.

The rooms in the annex "ALPINE INN" are located only 5 walking minutes away from the main building, the JUNGFRAU HOTEL.
