We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. The staff is great and really helpful, breakfast super tasty and there are plenty of options to choose from. The view from the room is just unbelievable. Room was clean and warm, there was tea and coffee.

The views from our balcony was just spectacular. Views of Jungfrau mountain, Lauterbrunnen valley, green hills, glaciers….was breathtaking. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was very good, rooms very nice and retro. Love this place and we will be back for sure.

Breakfast was a highlight! Loved the spread of fruits, meats, cheeses, breads, and omelette station. We enjoyed the spa one evening. We loved the location. Made it easy to get to other towns and was less touristy than Lauterbrunnen.

Every single detail has been thought out. I loved the shower in the room as well as the refined and customized breakfast Personnel is extremely friendly and genuine, always going an extra mile to help you with your situation, while still remaining authentic and discreet. The hotel stye is really a beautiful mix, combining modern design with Swiss mountain ambiance (beautiful hard wood furnitures and tables). I'll come back 100% sure

Everything, including the location of the chalet and views. For the first in Europe, stay in the chalet felt like home from home. Overall experience was much better than I expected. We have enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the trains after we returned in the evening. Rebecca was the perfect host, and she has provided everything we need during our stay. When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me.
