Breakfast was very nice. Various choice from the buffet and a la cart. I loved the smoothies. The chalet is serving cheese fondue and has mountain charm. We loved the pool area, specially after 18:00 when it’s adults only till 22:00. Shuttle service to the ski lift works great.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host greeted us warmly with chocolate and a bottle of wine upon arrival – such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel instantly welcome. The apartment is centrally located, close to everything you might need, and fully equipped so you won’t miss a thing. Lovely location up on the mountain in Ristis. Beautiful nature and lots of areas for kids to play. The lodge is quite modern and rooms and beds really comfortable and clean. We slept really well! We had to share showers / bathrooms and at times had to wait but it was not a big problem. Quality of the showers was excellent. The food was superb and service great too, thank you!

I travel a lot and lots of experience with 5-star hotels. This one is definitely in my top 3. Very large and modern with some vintage touches. Suites are huge and well equipped with tablet to operate everything. Nice sugar bar, wine bar, multiple kitchens, really nice spa. Staff is really good and sincerely polite and helpful.

Fantastic apartment, In a beautiful location, in a village with amenities. Directions to the address and how to enter (using codes) were excellent and easy to understand. The owner was available by message and phone to help as needed. When our car needed a jump pack in the morning, the owner's son came round to help. Amazing thoughtfulness!
