The hotel is very modern and well-made. Beautiful design and big rooms. It's super central and the staff is great. I'd like to especially compliment the cleaning staff, the room was spotless every time she came by.

This is a traditional and cosy hotel in a quiet location. It’s perfect for accessing the mountains and is very close to the centre of Grächen. Marco and his family are wonderful hosts. They were super helpful with their local knowledge of transport,mountains,trails etc. the rooms were cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty,plentiful and good coffee. This is a great value hotel run by lovely,friendly people. Grächen is a quaint and friendly village and the area is stunning.

I loved the location within the old part of the village, but in his house we were so comfortable as it was modernised. Heinz walked us on a tour of the area and told us about its history, we also had a tour of his quirky museum collection and his amazing stamp and postcard collection (including so many stamps from our own country of New Zealand).

Very responsive owners, nice spa, we got two free drinks for a restaurant next door and... Something rare in Switzerland in my view (and I am a Swiss person), owners are actually genuinely trying to help and do not make a face when you speak English to them... I did not feel I was bothering when asking for smth, which again, is rare in Swiss hotel family owned... Refreshing :-)
