The staff were thoughtful and accommodating, catering to our needs. We were a large group and had a seamless check-in. The kids and elderly loved it. The staff at the kitchen were kind enough to meet our special dietary needs (vegetarian/no pork).

Our stay at the hotel was exceeding all our expectations! It was truly wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and we felt immediately welcome and at home. On my way through Berner Oberland with my bike I stayed here for one night. The hotel is quietly located with a nice garden and views of the surroundings. There are great spots to relax in the garden and even a jacuzzi. The host was very friendly and the hotel is equipped with everything you need: comfortable beds, a varied breakfast and a self service bar in the afternoons. For those travelling by bike, the hotel has great storage and the option to charge e-bikes.

Hotel Spitzhorn in Saanen is a modern chalet built in 2013, featuring wooden interiors, spacious rooms with balcony or terrace, free WiFi, a pool and a spa area.

EVERYTHING IS JUST AMAZING. The photos you see here can’t explain to you how beautiful this place is. Just book it you will not regret it. It’s mentioned that the check in time is super early but the lady left the keys hidden so we could check in at any time (we arrived at 1 am). There’s only one thing: at night, you have the road blocked by an electric fence, we stopped there in the middle of the night, no light at all, trying to figure how to pass this electric fence. It’s easier than it seems, you just run your car through it and it’s ok! Such an Amazing place with AMAZING STAFF!!!

Everything was just very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and offered to get up early to make sure I had something to eat in the morning before I left (I left earlier than when breakfast was supposed to start). Very satisfied with my short visit and the location.
