A wonderful place with many possibilities for trips, via ferratas or climbing, in the nearby area. Steffi and Peter Falkner were very accommodating, and the hotel staff were also helpful and pleasantly communicative. The kitchen was absolutely exceptional, only with small children we could not enjoy dinner for several hours :) The chef gave us interesting tips for trips in the area, which will make us happy to come back in the winter for ski touring.

Words cant describe how beautiful this new apartment / hotel , it is one of the best places I have every stayed in. staff very friendly , they will offer you complementary tokens for free drinks. the parking is free of charge which is great.

Everything is perfect. The host is friendly, the studio is perfectly clean and has everything you need, new and modern. The accommodation has underfloor heating that works perfectly. Private parking in front of the accommodation. We will return to this accommodation.

The room was so comfortable and big! The host was amazing and supported us with our requests, even helped us with soap and shampoo that we had forgot in our previous hotel! They have a nice dinner service, which we didn't take, but I had a beer in the lobby! The location is super beautiful, and there's a parking lot just in the hotel! I'd strongly recommend coming here, wether you plan to visit the therme os just have a nice time in Tirol!

Very clean, very comfortable, on walking distance from the ski lift 👌. Super friendly owner, daily cleaning of the house, very nice place for the children. Also Hochoetz is a perfect ski area with kids. For very young kids there's even a kindergarten available at the central ski area restaurant. Perfect holiday stay over.
