Our stay was over Christmas. The property is excellent perfectly clean, great location, beautiful views & great facilities. The food is exceptional & the staff are warm, attentative & welcoming. Great friendly atmosphere. Lovely Xmas champagne celebration.

- Excellent value for money (for Kitzbühel) - Location unbeatable: a few steps from the Hahnenkammbahn, train station, ski bus, ski rental upstairs and a few minutes to the center - The Schichtl family is extremely friendly and are immediately available if there is anything - The apartment is spacious, equipped with all amenities. - The beds were a bit soft, but we slept well on them. - The view of the parking lot, the railway line and the mountains is lively (if you leave the window open at night you will wake up in the morning, with the window closed it's no problem only a bit warmer).

KitzHome City Apartments is situated a 3-minute walk from the centre in Kitzbühel. Hahnenkamm Cable Car is a 7-minute walk away, while Streif - Hahnenkamm Race is 1 km away.

Very convenient location and distance from the ski resort.The host was very kind,helpful and he responded immediately.The apartment was very clean and fully equipped.It was quiet, warm and it had hot water.
