This is the BEST Refugio! 3 gondola rides and then they pick you up in a snowmobile to get to the lodge which is so cozy. The food is lovely and the view from every room is gorgeous. We loved the wellness room and they were so nice!!

Best of the best, OMG, that view from the room 😊! I love this, I wish I could stay more! Highly recommended, it's fantastic! Rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable, suitable for 2 people! Usually, I stay at bigger Hotels, but we rediscovered, how great it is to stay in a family-run hotel. We appreciated the host, location, fantastic view, sauna, cleanliness, and restaurant for dinners. The bus stop to Heliigenblut/Grossglockner ski area was actually in front of the ski depot room. Wifi worked excellently in my room. If we come back to the region, we come back to this accommodation!

The staff was super kind and helpful, felt welcome from the very first moment. Great location - 300m from the ski lift - clean and cosy rooms with great view. Three choices for dinner menu and last but least the thermarium (sauna) is spectacular.

This chalet felt like real luxury. It was modern but felt cosy and comfortable. The hosts had paid real attention to extra details, such as providing bath salts for the bath, a comfortable bed for our dog, access to the washing machine and sauna, and the kitchen appliances were of exceptional quality for a holiday apartment.

The personal approach of the owner. Almost 24/7 availability, although it was not necessary. Day trip advice, skiing instruction support, etc. The apartment was very comfortable for our 5 adults member family. The stunning view from the apartment wither in the morning or during the New Year's firework night. Close to ski 🎿 lift as well as ideal proximity to hiking path. Lovely place, lovely owners.
