We spent there a fabulous week this summer. It all started with easy access and a really warm welcome. Continued at spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, every bedroom with separate bathroom. You can't expect fabulous views from the apartment, but quiet surroundings and few minutes by walk to the nearest shop, restaurant, lift or even the walking, hiking and bike routes. We are giving our full recommendation!

for the price it was better than perfect, very clean and tidy. this is a very axpensive area which makes it even better for it’s price. good kitchen with a dishwasher. the appartement has a balcony and 2 very big windows along with one smaller one which also adds to it’s value

I would 100% recommend. Everything was perfect: great, friendly staff; very neat, very clean and spacious rooms (I even got an upgrade), great location, good breakfast. Overall, great price-quality balance I would say

We liked everything about the hotel, the wellness and breakfast too, which was very decent. Nearby restaurants are pleasure to eat in too. Moreover my mother forgot her swimsuit and jacket in the room and the owners sent them to her at their own expense, which was a great attitude on their side. Simply great. I can only recommend staying at this hotel to everyone and I'll be sure to return back again.

This place was truely amazing. The hotel itself looks like a beautiful modern castle a bit outside the city of Gerlos, surrounded by snowy plains and mountains. Rooms are surprisingly big, very modern while having a warm wooden touch, very clean, excellent bathroom facilities. Sauna and Swimmingpool are beautiful. Food was exceptional (!). While breakfast and lunch were buffets with a great variety, also for vegans, Dinner was a 5 course menu a la carte - with quality of a Michelin Starred restaurant. I could write an essay alone about the food. Staff was world class - friendly, approachable, compentent. Milan from the Restaurant staff was an exceptional host. Ski lift to Zillertal Arena is one street crossing away from the main entrance. Perfect. Overall, we felt like in a dream - thus I can confirm the name of this hotel being more than accurate. Travelling a lot around the world using hotels, this is one of the Top3 stays in my life. Thank you to the Hollaus Family for creating this beautiful place.

Exceptional warm welcome from the owners when we arrived, room ideal for us, Anna had thought about our room layout request before we arrived and exceeded our ask. Food and service were excellent, this will definitely be a stop for us on our future trips. Covered parking for our motorcycles was a bonus too.
