Fantastic hotel and the most friendly staff. New style but still has a nice and cosy feeling. Breakfast was extensive. Location is perfect in the town centre.

We spent there a fabulous week this summer. It all started with easy access and a really warm welcome. Continued at spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, every bedroom with separate bathroom. You can't expect fabulous views from the apartment, but quiet surroundings and few minutes by walk to the nearest shop, restaurant, lift or even the walking, hiking and bike routes. We are giving our full recommendation!

Perfect stay for hiking in the area. We had a lovely stay, and the private sauna was a great treat after a long and exhausting hike. We also got free tickets for the cabins and local bus.

Cozy and modern rooms and facilities that look better in reality than in the photos. Close to the slopes. Great breakfast. Fantastic dinner at competitive prices. Really warm welcome by the owners. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—better than expected! The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotless, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. The spa area was a fantastic bonus, offering a truly relaxing experience after skiing. The location couldn't be more convenient, situated directly across from the gondola, making access to the mountain effortless. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and for dinner, the hotel’s own restaurant across the road was a great choice. Another added convenience was the Spar supermarket located directly under the hotel—perfect for any last-minute needs. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

This was our final B&B during a 7 day trip through Germany and Austria, and without a doubt the highlight of the trip. The reception was really nice, the personel so nice and friendly. The rooms, to die for, perfect, luxurious, etc. We traveled as a family of 3 and the suite we booked had 2 rooms, wich was perfect for us. A really nice breakfast, a lot of variety and fresh fruit. Too bad we only booked 2 nights...

This place was truely amazing. The hotel itself looks like a beautiful modern castle a bit outside the city of Gerlos, surrounded by snowy plains and mountains. Rooms are surprisingly big, very modern while having a warm wooden touch, very clean, excellent bathroom facilities. Sauna and Swimmingpool are beautiful. Food was exceptional (!). While breakfast and lunch were buffets with a great variety, also for vegans, Dinner was a 5 course menu a la carte - with quality of a Michelin Starred restaurant. I could write an essay alone about the food. Staff was world class - friendly, approachable, compentent. Milan from the Restaurant staff was an exceptional host. Ski lift to Zillertal Arena is one street crossing away from the main entrance. Perfect. Overall, we felt like in a dream - thus I can confirm the name of this hotel being more than accurate. Travelling a lot around the world using hotels, this is one of the Top3 stays in my life. Thank you to the Hollaus Family for creating this beautiful place.

I had a great time! Mark is amazing host! He navigated us and helped with everything. At breakfast we had a choice for every taste. Comfy bed- slept like a baby. Everything is clean and pretty.
