The apartment was almost brand spanking new, nearly without wear and tear. The price was extremely competitive. And the owners put in a lot of nice touches like a bunch of free chocolates and of course free coffee. Parking is free too. This is among the very best hotels / apartments that I have ever stayed at. Highly recommended.

The host was very welcoming, transparent and we appreciated all the good recommendations provided. Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).

Stayed one night (stop-over during travel to holiday destination). Nice owner, very helpful and caring. Apartments are excellent, with really nice comfortable beds and unique furnishings.
