We stayed 7 nights at Sheraton hotel . Reception stuff are helpful and kind . Cleaning is good . Location is also good.every night we could walk back to the hotel from twin towers. Daily housekeeping. Anything you need you could ask and was sent to your room. Thank you 👍

When we requested, the Sheraton hotel manager, Nazareth was so kind in upgrading and putting us in a nice room with very good view of the KL and Merdeka towers.

Very good, rather old business class hotel centrally located in Kuala Lumpur. Big pool and also very good breakfast if you go to the Premier rooms, regular breakfast looks rather industrial. Big Sheraton style rooms with all amenities of this type of hotel. I would stay there again any time

Loved the location, room size, staff and the spaciousness of the hotel in general. The breakfast was delicious. My third trip to KL staying @ The Sheraton. 😌
