I am travelling everywhere for business. and stayed in many hotels in KSA , Dubai , India , Egypt and Malaysia But I couldn't find amazing, unique services like I found in Sheraton Makkah. Really I enjoyed every moment. Staff are so cooperative, they did upgrade for my room I booked by booking just when I told it's narrow. without any extra fees.they gave me big suit. Nothing more to tell except, this is the best experience with hotels all over the world

Just the name of sheraton is good otherwise not good value for money The only good thing about this property is the housekeeping staff abdul aleem, if i am not writing it wrong. Very hardworking soft spoken and always ready to help. I have read the comments before as well for this boy. He truly deserves every appreciation. Thanks if you are reading this.

My stay at Sheraton Hotel was exceptional. The staff, including the cleaner Saju Ahmad, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Saju Ahmad's positive attitude and genuine care made my experience memorable. The hotel itself was elegant and well-equipped. I highly recommend Sheraton Hotel for a top-notch stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton hotel .The staff was very service oriented and friendly throughout. My room was very clean. The location near Kaaba.I will be happy to come back again!
