Sheraton Hotels in Seoul

This hotel was awesome to stay at. Nothing less than what's expected from a Four Points Sheraton hotel. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and the staff was very friendly. They had laundry service on site the was VERY expedient. In particular I appreciated Cindy's bright and perky demeanor... Thank you for the hospitality.

Sheraton Four Points Gangnam has friendly and helpful staff. Clean quiet rooms with very comfortable beds. Ideal location that is well priced. Breakfast buffet is over the top. It’s an ideal stay when I am in Korea.

The room was very small compared to the similar room category at another Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Seoul. However, we booked it for our last night in Seoul as we had to catch an early morning train ride to the airport and this was extremely convenient. This hotel is directly connected to Seoul Station via an underground path.

The Reception Manager, he was really apologetic when there was a glitch between booking.com and four point Sheraton booking. He was really nice to offer a 2 days breakfast for both the elderly. Room is super clean and well tidied! I did not asked to make up room, however, when I came back the room was neat and tidy again. Even the pajamas was folded nicely placed on the bed. The receptionist will offer to book a Taxi for you, and initiate to assist on helping us for food delivery.

The Four Points totally exceeded my expectations that were of a good but "budget styled" Sheraton location. Staff were fantastic.... always smiling and always very helpful as it was my 1st time in Seoul. The breakfast was fresh, with plenty of options and totally delicious..... far superior to many "5 Star" hotel breakfast buffets! All up a stay that totally exceeded my expectation and in terms of breakfast and staff was the equal to or exceeded many 5 Star hotels!
