Sheraton Hotels in Hong Kong

Sheraton the name for itself best service. Friendly staff, very close to the airport and easily accessible by their free shuttle bus service from/to the airport and metro station. Good breakfast. The pool itself is stunning. Nice room with a stunning sea view.

Breakfast is not up to general standard, food is lukewarm. It is not worth to what Sheraton charge for

The Sheraton staff - particularly the housekeeping staff - were friendly and helpful.

We stayed NYE so prices are high nearer to the city. We find this option near the airport better. It has shuttle service to Tung Chung station - which is where an outlet mall is located too, and to the airport which is very convenient. Size of the room is so much better than most and the facilities inside the room is as what you would expect for Sheraton.

Breakfast was OK but limited choice offered. Location is OK if looking for a hotel near the airport, but not great for city visit to Hong Kong. Tung Chung station and city outlet mall in walking distance, but not really close. Bedding was very comfortable. Sheraton hotel adjacent to hotel offers additional features which Four Points guests can also use.

Transfer from the airport: included. After arrival just go the Sheraton counter at the entrance, ask for a shuttle timetable, then go outside to the parking lot and find stops 11-12 and wait for the bus with Sheraton logo on it. Breakfast: delicious, lots of local food, tasty soups. Personnel: helpful and professional Location: pretty close to the Lantau island toursit attractions Shopping: a free shuttle will take you to the nice outlet mall, 5 mins to ride, or you may reach it by 15 min walk.

The staff was beyond kind and helpful. The room with water view was amazing. It is located next to another Sheraton you can go behind and they're is a huge area for selecting many amazing eateries from Mexican to cafes.
