visited Dubai quickly for a business trip, my three day stay was randomly upgraded to a bigger room wich was a really pleasant surprise! location was perfect and the roomservice dinner was delicious, the staff always had an authentic smile when serving you and love what they do and you feel that when staying here.

Loved everything about our stay, was super happy with the room and especially the staff!!! They were so helpful at all times. I asked for a wheelchair for my mother in law and we given one when we needed one free of charge. I was also super happy to check in earlier and check out later! The staff were always around to help with lugguge, calling taxis or delivering items to the room.
