Its true, the energy we put out there, we always get back whether it's positive or negative. I arrived on the morning of my 44th birthday to kick start my birthday celebrations and have to say this is the best holiday I have ever had I am truly moved by the amazing customer service The Sheraton in Jumeira Beach Residence has given me. This is my 3rd visit here. 5 stars doesn't quite cut it for me, from the moment I have stepped foot in this hotel, the staff gone above and beyond to make my stay amazing. If I had it my way, I would give them 11 stars. (11 is my lucky number) This morning at breakfast, they gave me a little surprise which was a little cake and card thanking me for staying with them. A very wise person said to me a positive mind with positive thoughts takes us a long way ahead #feeling immensely grateful 🙏 Thank you for everything ❤️ God bless you all in abundance 🙏

The staff was very welcoming and even though we came earlier to the hotel, they made us feel at home, we enjoyed every minute. They managed to give us an early check in all due to wonderful help of Parth, Esha, Dev and Muneeb. Hotel itself is 10/10, pool and jacuzzi at highest level, as well as the gym. Staff cleaning the room was super nice.
