We love everything about this place. We've stayed in 3 different of the cabins including a 2 story home. They're all a little different but all awesome. The staff is incredible. Very friendly, always smiling, always ready to help you. The facility is awesome and the cabin are great. But its the staff that makes you wanna keep coming back. A couple of them dont speak English very well but use a chinese to english translator on their phone. Which to me is awesome. Just be patient with the app. The location is great. Just a couple blocks up from the village. You can easily walk there. We highly recommend this place and cant wait to come back and stay even longer.

We stayed at Tim and Teresa’s place for one night during a roadtrip, but we really wished our stay was longer. We arrived at the property a bit late, and Teresa and her lovely dog Puck welcomed us with extreme kindness and home backed cookies (thank you Tim!) and fresh strawberries. The house was lovely, with a splendid view of the river and since we were the only guests that night, we were given a bigger room with an en-suite bathroom. The room was big and comfortable, there was WiFi, toiletries and everything necessary. We were also given coffee and cookies for the road in the morning. We really recommend Kings River Reflections and we wish Teresa and Tim all the best! Thanks again!

We regret only staying one night, the suite had everything for a longer stay. The place is so well designed, it’s a mid century modern paradise. We will definitely stay here again!

Free parking, wonderful location right in the heart of SB and walking distance to restaurants, beach etc. The rooms were really spacious and very clean with great bathroom facilities and ability to connect to Netflix etc. on the tv. Gorgeous rooftop, it was a bit cold when we stayed so we didn't make the most of this but can imagine it is beautiful in the summer months

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment, and I can’t rave enough about it! The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from Walk of Fame shops, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless upon arrival, with everything in great condition. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing all our questions promptly. Another huge bonus was the spacious parking area, which made coming and going a breeze! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The outdoor space is truly a highlight — spacious, well-maintained, and featuring excellent and fully functional grills that made cooking outdoors a breeze. Enjoying a meal with the stunning view of Mount Shasta in the background was unforgettable. Inside, the home is clean and spacious and gives off a warm, cozy, and homy atmosphere. The fireplace added the perfect touch of comfort, and the bathtub was a great way to unwind after a day of hiking or exploring. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base for outdoor adventures, this place strikes the perfect balance. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had booked this stay as a sleepover on the way to Sequoia NP and didn't pay a lot of attention to the details or reviews, and only realized that this is a homestay when we arrived. We immediately felt welcome in Rosi and Carlos' home. Even though we only spent a night we loved it and had a great time/fun and conversations with Rosi and the other couple that was staying there. Rosi's hospitality is remarkable, she really goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home. Can definitely recommend. Also, accomodation was perfect and clean, the bed was VERY comfortable! Thanks once again Rosi and Carlos, wish you all the best and we hope to be able to stay over again one day!
