This recently renovated aparthotel is located 200 metres from Rialto Bridge and 400 metres from Basilica San Marco. The aparthotel features family rooms. The location was great -- right near the Rialto. The best part, however, was the INCREDIBLE apartment. It was all brand new and beautifully decorated. I will recommend all my friends and clients stay here.

The beach is two minutes away and the price includes a reserved umbrella + 2 sunbeds at the (awesome) beach. The coffee machine at the apartment made terrific coffee!

All the apartments are with flat TV and satellite channels, well equipped kitchens with either garden or private balcony/terrace. Within the area there are a beach volley and a beach soccer court, a small grass soccer field. It was very nice service, the administrator was very nice and offered to carry things to the room. They try their best👍
