The location was great -- right near the Rialto. The best part, however, was the INCREDIBLE apartment. It was all brand new and beautifully decorated. I will recommend all my friends and clients stay here.

The location is excellent - 5 minutes from the vaporetto, 6 minutes to Piazza San Marco. We were given the room, Gritti, which was wonderful. It even has its own terrace. It was very spacious, clean, well-appointed, etc. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is extremely spacious, with two basins and the shower is very large. I really loved how the decor was in keeping with the classic Venetian historical style. We were able to mirror my laptop on the TV, so we watched a few of our favourite shows. We loved everything. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

A dishwasher, an oven and microwave are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne, fruits and chocolates or cookies. Tip on reaching the B&B: Don't exit the train station but take the tunnel (yes the same platform type of tunnel) to reach the B&B. Lovely house close to the train station. A bit tight room for 3 people with private bathroom but a very inviting, big & shared 2nd floor dining room where daily breakfast was served. Breakfast consisted of a wonderful spread of cornetto, salume, cheese, yogurt, fruits, milk, cappucino, etc. You can also use it for your DIY meals (lunch and dinner). It's equipped with a microwave, a kettle, a fridge, utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, etc. If the weather is nice you can even go out onto the large balcony (it was windy & rainy during our stay). There are also 2 small couches in that room as well. Rooms were cleaned daily, beds made, and new towels supplied. There's a refillable bottle of water inside the room with drinking glasses. I have nothing but positive experience thanks to Ivano (& Barbara & her dog), the lovely hosts who made us feel like we were right at home during our stay. I recommend 100%!!!

Bed linen and towels are provided. I LOVED after a long cold day having a steaming hot shower to go back to. I was also very shocked and happy the staff had served us fresh juice on a silver tray after our long travel. They provided very detailed instructions on different ways to access the hotel apartments as well as travel for our early morning to the airport & bags being brought up the stairs & down the road for us. Thanks guys!!

All the apartments are with flat TV and satellite channels, well equipped kitchens with either garden or private balcony/terrace. Within the area there are a beach volley and a beach soccer court, a small grass soccer field. Such a family friendly resort! It was wonderful!!

Apartments at Cà dell'arte Suite are spacious, and feature exposed wood beams, a fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, and air conditioning. WiFi is free. Great location with many restaurants, gelato shops, souvernie stores and just take maximum 10 minutes to most of famous visit tourist sites in town. Mark is a wonderful host, he supported us a lot regarding transportation service as well as offer a free tour visit Murano Island. Highly recommend for this apartment.
