The location is exceptional, the apartments are spacious, clean, bright, the staff very well trained and kind. I would like to specially mention Corina (reception) for the kindness and professionalism with which she gave us absolutely all the information for a splendid vacation. The hotel also has an alpaca farm. ❤ It should be emphasized (for the winter) that the hotel is right next to the gondola that leads to the ski area.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed — from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and a super comfy bed and pillows. Everything felt new and thoughtfully arranged. The location in Santa Lucia is perfect: quiet and peaceful, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking! The hosts were friendly, helpful, and very responsive, offering a warm welcome and useful tips for exploring the area. Check-in was smooth, and private parking was a big plus. We highly recommend AlpineBike Bormio to anyone visiting the area — whether you're into biking, hiking, skiing, or just want to enjoy the Alps in comfort. We’ll definitely be back!

He shared all the information I needed, stayed in touch the whole time, and offered help in case I had any questions. The little touches made it feel so cozy – a coffee and tea corner, cold water and iced tea waiting in the fridge, and sweet treats on the bed. Everything was spotless and lovingly cared for. It truly felt like home. Thank you for all the kindness!
