Beautiful location on the hillside overlooking the valley of the temples. Breakfast included fresh bread. Fresh cheese. Local salami. Fresh squeezed juice and recently baked cakes. Typical Italian breakfast. We got upgraded to a suite with a kitchen which was great to make a cuppa. It didn't have an extra bed so they brought one in from another room. More than helpful. Free and easy parking on site.

Aretusa Vacanze is located in a completely renovated 17th-century building at the centre of Syracuse's Ortygia Island. It offers self-catering rooms. Great location, in the heart of Ortigia. Spacious and clean room. The room had a kitchenette and a fridge. We took breakfast at the terrace on the roof, where we could view the sea. Stefano was a great host, advising us about restaurants and boat trips.

The room is really beautiful, you can tell it is well designed and taken good care of by the hosts. It has everything we needed, which make our stay enjoyable. What we love the most are the mattresses, which gave us sound sleep at night. The hosts are sooooo nice and very responsive, always be there whenever we need them! They even helped us with the ZTL pass! The location is fantastic, right in the center area, surrounded by amazing shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to recommend this wonderful place to all!

From check-in to check-out it was perfect. I cannot thank Giuseppe enough, he made our stay perfect. We cannot wait to return. The apartment is excellent with everything you need & more for the mist enjoyable stay. It is close to the train station, just 5 - 10 minute walk with luggage, also an easy 10 minute walk to the market, lots of street food & drink, fresh fruit & vegetables fish & meat. It is located in a residential area which we found ok. Thank you Giuseppe, we look forward to coming back to stay one day.
