There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms. It was very clean, the right size and we were able to have two apartments in the same block as a family. We came for a family wedding. Anna was exceptionally kind and accommodating.

Todis convenience store right next to the building allowed us to prepare meals to our taste when we want a steer from local foods. The room is of decent size for our family of four. Digital check-in was seamless. Highly recommended

Offering a terrace or balcony with views of the mountain and pool, the units feature air conditioning, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV and kitchen. An oven, a microwave and toaster are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne, fruits and chocolates or cookies. The location, is slightly rural (which we liked), but transport links, supermarket, cafes, restaurants a short walk away. Our room is well decorated (as was most of the property), access was simple. The landlords were very, very helpful. The complimentary snacks are a great touch. Breakfast was great, and having access to the kitchen was a bonus.

A dishwasher, a microwave and fridge are also featured, as well as a coffee machine. At the guest house, the units have bed linen and towels. From the moment we walked into Colosseum Suits by Glenn, we knew this place was special. As a couple, we were absolutely touched by the thoughtful welcome – a heart-shaped box of Lindt chocolates and a beautifully decorated bed. We’d been to three other cities in Italy before Rome, but this level of detail and hospitality was unmatched. The apartment itself was modern and super easy to use – a brand-new AC and a first-class TV, both of which worked perfectly and made our stay extra comfortable. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine and water, which was such a nice touch after a day of travel. Location-wise, you can’t beat it. The tram stop to Trastevere is literally right outside the building, which made exploring the city super convenient. The area is lovely, peaceful yet well-connected. The free breakfast for two was more than enough – fresh, high-quality croissants, a delicious sandwich, and cappuccinos that were top-notch. Honestly, it was better than breakfasts we paid for elsewhere! The host was excellent – responsive, helpful, and quick to solve any issues we had. You can tell that real thought (and money!) has gone into this place – from the sparkling clean kitchen to the little extras like Nutella, crackers, lemon, and fruit teas. Everything felt carefully chosen and of good quality. Yes, the room isn’t huge, but it’s so well-designed and cozy that we could’ve easily stayed there for a week. The cleanliness, comfort, and vibe were just that good. In our opinion, this is a solid 4-star property, and if we ever come back to Rome, we’re not staying anywhere else. This place made our trip unforgettable.
