Even before our arrival they were super nice and helpful, gave us useful instructions. When we arrived to the property we were amazed how beautiful and clean it was. They even thought about our little boy, it was very nice surprise . We didn’t have problem with parking either however I was little nervous about that as we arrived very late. Would definitely recommend and will be back whenever we are in the area.

Fantastic outdoor seating with lots of places to hang out/sit. Nice kitchen with food basics. A few small restaurants nearby but they did look good. We ate at the beach for lunch at Vittoria’s Beach Bar and it was great but a 52 minute walk. We cooked in for dinner but Ristaurante Crazy Cook looked good. 6 minute walk.

The location is ideal for day trips to Rome or if someone needs to get to airport in 10-15 minutes. A shopping mall is 5 minutes away on foot. I highly recommend it😊

There are security entrance gates and a designated parking place located right on the banks of the River Tiber (a short walk up some steps to see the great view) The apartment is ground floor with a private sunny garden to sit out and relax. Extremely clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Perfect for us 🤩 Communication with the owner Cristiana is excellent, who met us on arrival, very kindly allowed us to check-in early and gave us alot of helpful information for the apartment and surrounding area - restaurants etc. We only stayed one night before our flight home, but we'd happily stay longer for sure - next time! A flat-screen TV is available. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. The appartment was very clean and priceworthy. Even though it was situated close to the AirPort, there was no disturbing noice inside. We had a good nights sleep before early flight. Our children loved the breakfast snacks. The owner also helped us arrange a taxi/transfer to the AirPort. Perfect over-night stay!
