The apartment was spotless, it had everything you would want, also a terrace with an incredible view and free parking right in next to the building. The owners were extremely nice, helpful and patient. I would definitely come back here the next time i visit Korcula!

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was stunning, and we appreciated the parasol provided. The location was fantastic, a short walk to the old town, beaches and shops. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

Really nice owners! Mark was great, checking in to make sure all is good. Comfortable beds, great views of the water, swimming holes close by and nice surprises with delicious cakes. I recommend renting some e-bikes to get around for wine tasting and exploring Korcula nearby. Thanks Mark.

Great place from which to explore Korcula. Apartment was clean, bed very comfortable and view from the balcony amazing. Breakfasts were home cooked with local ingredients and we enjoyed them all. Helpful suggestions to explore the island and all staff really friendly. We tried all 3 local restaurants and all were great. Family run by former Aussies - what’s not to like!!

The view was exceptional. Access to the very close by beach bar with no additional charge for sun beds. The beach bar had a very nice beach, with swimming jetty and even a swimming pool. We had a couple of small issues with the apartment, but the owner had these fixed immediately. Perfect service.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and our kids loved it. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, from booking boat excursion and restaurant. The location was great with access to sandy beaches within a 20 min walk. We had a great time and wish to have stayed longer!

Very nice apartment in a lovely small coastal village! We loved everything about this apartment and had four fantastic days and were very well taken care of by the host's mum who seems to run the show. Well equipped kitchen, effective AC, great location and a short-ish walk to the beautiful Žitna beach. Be aware that Zavalatica is small, with only two restaurants and one shop, but for a quiet vacation, we loved it! Things I think are not clear in the description: parking is great, which is important in a village like this. Also, the house has a private area by the ocean, with 8 sun beds and a shaded table and its own ladder into the ocean (for once, no swimming shoes required, this is to deep to step on a sea urchin) which made it super convenient to take a quick dip in the sea before breakfast and whenever the day got too hot. We had a very nice balcony and also use of the washing machine just outside our door. And the shop, with pretty much everything you need on a day to day basis, is a few steps away. Highly recommended!
