We had a wonderful stay at Theos Apartments. Our hostess Evilena was so sweet and helpful. She did many extra things to make our stay the best. The property is quite and beautiful. We will return the next time we are in Spetses.

Kalomoira and everyone were very kind and extremely helpful to support us on any needs we had. Breakfast was amazing and the location very good, in a silent area but very close to walk by foot to the nearest centre.

Just 500 metres from Agia Marina beach in Spetses, this modernly designed property features an outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds. It offers a balcony with town, pool or garden views. The Orloff is a corner of paradise very near the old harbour and 1Km away from the new harbour in a quiet place. Its garden is beautiful full of flowers and trees. I had a pomegranate in front of the entrance to my room. The staff is exceptional. They will always help with a smile. A special thanks to Dimitris the manager for his kindness. He also helped organise my return when there was a ferry strike and everything went so smoothly. Iovina always came up with the best suggestions for beaches and places to dine out. The breakfast is really good. They have a lovely swimming pool that however I didn't use: the beaches on the island are fabulous! The island of Spetses is so beautiful, clean and full of the most fantastic flowers and trees. Even spectacular Palm trees. However staying at the Orloff was an added bonus. Thank you again to all the wonderful friendly staff, and hope to come again soon.

The house was spacious and clean with an amazing view from the two balconies. The owner was very helpful and friendly.
