The apartment was spacious, clean, and well appointed. In close proximity to the main sites. Good free parking. Super friendly and helpful host and as an added bonus, one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in for the last 4 months of travel.

The whole experience was fantastic and we were welcomed and shown around the apartment that was simply perfect to stay in. We needed an apartment for 1 night and this stood out for us. Ioanna's house is a great solution for visiting Ioannina at its best: centrally located but quiet, the house has everything, it feels like home. A parking space protected by a gate, close to the lake, services, bars and restaurants: everything is within walking distance. Automatic check-in. Ioanna also advised us where to eat and on arrival she made us find a welcome basket. Perfect host, I highly recommend her house!

Excellent location! you do not need to take the car. You could easily find parking there is also one 1 min away from the flat. The flat was very clean, comfortable beds, AC in all rooms, we had everything we needed to make our stay feels like home. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The flat was renovated and modern.
