We travelled during the last 10 months and found our favourite accommodation in a corner of Georgia at the border to Azerbaijan. Homemade wine, excellent food, comfy bed and 10minutes by foot to the entrance of the national park. The river with the possibility to swim in the cristal clear water was also only 5minutes away! However, the best thing was the hospitality of the couple. They told us in long evenenings a lot of stories about the life in Georgia. To leave this beautiful place broke our hearts. Don't bypass Lagodheki without a stay in the wine house and don't plan to eat/drink somewhere else, you will never regret it!

The property has mountain and garden views, and is 47 km from Bodbe Monastery. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. We enjoyed the home cooked breakfast and dinner optionally provided by the hosts. The balcony was a great spot to spend the evenings enjoying their homemade wine and garden views. Nice updated rooms too.
