Featuring private parking, the apartment is 800 metres from Edinburgh Castle. The property is 400 metres from the city centre and 500 metres from Royal Mile. Very clean, tidy, and comfortable, good location!

Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre, Malt House Apartments are only 2 minutes’ walk to the west end of Princes Street. The modern apartments have been converted from a whisky-bond building and come fully equipped with a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Very easy to find and a very convenient location. Luggage storage was perfect, as we got there a bit early. The apartment was well-apportioned and had everything we needed. The only thing missing, but certainly not a deal breaker, was a hair dryer.

A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the aparthotel, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Alexander was a very attentive and kind host, always available to answer our questions, clear our doubts or give us reccomendations. Arthur's suite was the perfect accommodation for our trip, spotlessly clean, brand new and equipped with every comfort - from the coffee machine (with excellent coffee pods!) to the super comfortable mattresses. The view from the suite is just the cherry on top. We had a lovely stay and we'll surely be back.

The property is non-smoking and is set 300 metres from National Museum of Scotland. Amazing location and very cozy flat.

Our 3-night stay at Forth House was perfect and had everything we needed. It was so comfortable, clean and calm, and the location was perfect: super close to Picardy Place tram station, great breakfast cafes around the corner, short stroll to Stockbridge and Old Town. We were lucky to receive a free upgrade to a super spacious executive one-bedroom suite on the 5th floor with two terraces. It overlooked an alley with bars but we had no noise problems at all. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely book Forth House again for future visits to Edinburgh!
