The staff were very helpful and did things in a timely manner. Very quick to respond, and very nice. I had to pay a deposit when I checked in, but I got the deposit back very quickly after checking out. The room had a nice view. It was very comfortable, and I would definitely reserve a room in this same hotel if I happen to visit Edinburgh again.

We liked how accessible the place was from the train station. It is literally right across the street! And it’s also attached to a mall which made it so convenient for us to look for food when we don’t want to go somewhere far. There are also bus stops around which made it easy to commute but the best part is… it’s in the middle of all tourist spots!!!

The modern apartments have been converted from a whisky-bond building and come fully equipped with a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Beautiful clean apartment with cozy comfortable beds. The kitchenette was lovimgly stocked even with a basket of goodies and a special loaf of bread. The apartment was beautifully presented with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We would definately book again if visiting. Tram stop close.

This property is located a short distance from attractions such as Edinburgh Waverley station, Royal Mile, and Edinburgh Castle. The property is non-smoking and is set 300 metres from National Museum of Scotland. This is my second time in Edinburgh, and I've stayed at two different places before. But neither was as good as this one. The room was designed like a miniature house. It was very spacious and beautiful. It felt like your own home. The location is excellent. Furthermore, the property was very kind and helpful. They even helped us with personal issues. I'd say it's one of the best options in the city. I'll be back in December and will definitely stay here.

Eventhough not in cenntrum, still very well accesable (30 min by bus 31 from the very downtown), quiet place. Nice specious house. Good breakfast you can choose and prepare yourself from given grocery at your favorable time. Nice kitchen ready for cooking.
