Located in Cowes, in a historic building, 25 km from Blackgang Chine, Cliffside is a recently renovated homestay with a garden and tennis court. This beachfront property offers access to a patio, table tennis, free private parking and free WiFi. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the homestay's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave and there is a private bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries. The homestay offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. The location of the property is magnificent. Just steps to the beach and the boardwalk. A quick walk into town for a bite to eat or fun shopping. The bedroom is large and the bed is very comfortable. The host supplied everything needed for a perfect stay and exceeded my expectations in making me feel welcome.

Louise saved our holidays after we had been let down by other host, less than 24hrs before our planned arrival. Not only she managed to accommodate us at such short notice but also proved to be an exceptionally attentive and helpful host throughout our stay. The apartment is exactly as described. Modern and luxurious, in the block of flats on top of the cliff, overlooking both beach and famous Shanklin Chine beauty spot, minutes from seafront, Old Village and local shops and walking distance from High St. It's duplex style flat with en-suite bedroom upstairs and open plan kitchen /living area, another bedroom and bathroom downstairs. That makes it perfect for families:as young ones can sleep upstairs undisturbed by the rest of the family having fun downstairs. Both floors have terraces offering seaview As other reviews mention, the place is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. High quality furnishings and ornaments, lots of natural materials like wood and natural fibres which adds to seaside holiday vibe. Comfy beds and sofa, kiitchen appliances from top brands like AEG, every kitchen utensil an average person will ever need. Milk, tea, coffe, cleaning products shower gel, shampoo etc, and even bath soak and salts all provided by host, as well as beach towels and picnic set! Apartment has its own parking space and felt safe and quiet at night. Cannot recommend it highly enough, especially if you are looking for place that will make your mini break or longer holidays much more special and memorable. We will definitely return later this year.

The apartment is one of the most stunningly decorated places I have ever visited. There was a hardly a speck of dust anywhere and the whole place was impeccably clean. We only spent a night there but we wish we booked it longer and enjoyed the cozy space. Perhaps a great idea to visit in winter since there is a fireplace!

The property was spotless and clean. The best part was its convenient location near the beach. We all had an incredibly enjoyable stay.

We are doing the Isle of Wight coastal path and it is perfectly placed to walk right in . There where 3 adults and we had plenty of space . So comfortable with everything we needed .

A 1-minute walk from Sandown High Street, Victoria Lodge provides self-catering apartments on the Isle of Wight’s eastern coast. These studios and flats have free on-site parking and WiFi.

Each apartment has a shower room and a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is a dining area and lounge with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. It was so good having a parking space allocated just for us, we always knew if we went out we could park straight away. Even though it was a house and on the ground floor it was so quiet. We had all the amenities on hand so we didn't have to go out in the evening if we didn't want to. Would stay here again. The owner was so nice and helpful, and easy to contact should we need to. There is a brilliant pub in the next road that does great food if you didn't fancy going to far. The Pier is great with loads to do just a short walk. The Beach is lovely and at the bottom of the road. In the town just round a different corner you can get the No. 2 or 3 that will take you to Shanklin which we did in the evening so we could get dinner and go to Shanklin Chine. The best bit the No. 3 drops you off at the bottom of the road 1 minute from the House. Also in the town next to the CoOp is a cafe we went to for breakfast £5 so nice.
