Instructions on checking in and out were spot on. Apartment was clean, top spec and super comfortable.

The hosts were the most kind people in the world. We had a flat were traveling which left us stranded on the road in the midnight hours and didn’t arrive until 230am. We were able to call them and they answered their phones to help us get in since the codes were not working. They texted us the next day to make sure all was well and if we needed any assistance in any way. Such lovely hospitality.

The communication was perfect and always quick. The small apartment had everything we needed and was sparkling clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The check in was also super easy. You have a bus stop nearby, so it's just a short ride to the city centre. We recommend that apartment and thank again Leigh for the nice communication.

Since one day was rainy, it was very easy to access the Baths. We ate at Square restaurant (next to Abbey and Baths). It was excellent! Owner communicated well. Bed was comfortable. Parked in Southgate Parking lot. It was 52£ for two days, but the location was convenient. View out the studio window was stunning!

The bedroom wasn’t too small or too big – just the right size, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it had a lovely bathtub that made up for it. There was no shower cap provided, but everything else was well-prepared. I didn’t quite figure out how to adjust the heater, so it was a little chilly in the morning. Other appliances and utensils were complete, easy to use, and very useful – especially the washing machine and dryer. The surrounding was safe and location was excellent, making it very easy to walk to key attractions. The host was friendly and easy to contact. If I get the chance to come back, I would definitely stay here again!
