Air conditioning is provided in June, July, August and September. Beautiful place, well maintained and very clean. Superb pool area and very relaxing, calm atmosphere. The apartment was spacious with very nice views from the amazing rooftop terrace. Breakfast buffet was delicious. All in all, we enjoyed our time here!

The property is situated 700 metres from Las Alcaravaneras, 2.9 km from Parque de Santa Catalina and less than 1 km from Parque Romano. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi throughout the property. Everything - security, friendly and efficient staff, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, regular cleaning and change of bed linen & towels. Beautiful heated pool and communal patio areas. Access to bus stops.

At the apartment complex, every unit includes bed linen and towels. We came with a car and there was affordable parking (5€/day), 4-5 mins walk from the location. When we arrived, It was easy to check in, the communication was super accommodating too. We were staying in the room with balcony (super recommended) and it was exceptional! They had all we needed and the balcony was just our highlight from this suite, as we spent some quite nice time overlooking the busy and vibrant main street, while sipping wine.

The place was easy to find, very clean, and had everything we needed. A lovely touch was the complimentary water, teas, and treats left by the owner—definitely a highlight! It’s a 15-minute walk to the airport, making it perfect for a short stay, though it would also be comfortable for a longer visit if you have a car.
