They responded anytime day or night. The building was safe with security cameras and secure front gate door with coded entry. The Wifi was better than my Rogers at home in Ontario Canada. Veronika and Erika were so kind and helpful, the hotel was always so clean! the rooms were big and spacious and came with oil and salt and pepper which was helpful. it was close to the beach, supermarkets and clothing shops

Everything was beyond expectations. We live in Costa Rica and we know how challenging it can be to keep the smell of mildew and mold down in the rainy season. This place smelt perfect. Everything about this place was perfect. The breakfast, the hosts, the rooms. We actually, we're really late getting done with our car appointment and instead of driving home 3 hours, we decided to book the room. And drive an hour and twenty minutes to the hotel and stay there instead of driving all the way home and we're so glad we did.
