The place has an excellent and convenient location, close to the city but surrounded by green hills. It’s very well equipped, fully clean and full of compliments like social games and books, perfect for family trips. And in the top of all, the managers are kind, responsive and nice people. We definitely will back. Last, but not least, the place really has a free parking, unlike other properties with external and expensive parkings.

The apartment was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for our family of five. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for all of us. Large windows with great view. Everything is perfectly clean. All main points of interest and restaurans are in walking distance. Bonus is free parking in tourist area near apartment. Hosts are young couple, they have great passion and love for their guests, they even offer a welcoming champagne and some spaghetti. Make our stay like home. Clean, warm, comfortable, modern and well equipped. We had everything we needed and appreciated the labels on the cupboards so it easy to find glasses, cups, plates etc. The shower was great and the separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash was appreciated. As was the welcome coffee pods. The self check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the private parking space was very handy to the unit. It is only a few minutes walk from Lake Lugano and a short walk into the town centre. Ana communicated very well and checked to see everything had gone well.

The apartment was perfect for our needs.
