They moved our bags to the next room with no issues. One time we had a problem getting in and they text back within less than a minute to help us. They even moved our stuff from our fridge into another room for us while we were out -they were extremely helpful. Out of all of my travels, this has been definitely one of the best days I’ve ever had around the world.

Every about the place was perfect, the location, the neighbourhood abd the building itself, there is a microwave and a stove top, our room had a beautiful view of the little garden inside the property, and there is a great sun exposure. The bathrooms were clean, and the girl who works in the front desk was very nice and helpful. The neighbourhood had everything we needed, there are markets and restaurants. Definitely will book again.

Location right next to the metro station, which is a great plus . 2. Elevator access . 3. Check instructions were very clear. 4. Very clean. 5. They provided complimentary bottle of olive oil, and enough salt and pepper for the 3 of us. Also, there were plenty of coffee capsules and tea bags, which was more than enough for us for the entire stay. This is highly appreciated as this is what sets a property apart from the rest. I think this is what we appreciated the most. 6. Communication with the owners was very easy and swift.
