Located in the centre of Innsbruck, H5 Grauer Bär Studios & More is a recently renovated accommodation, which provides soundproof rooms. It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Virtually everything. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and in a great location. The room also included a small kitchenette with all the necessary utensil if one doesnt want to eat out every day.

The property features mountain and city views, and is 38 km from Großglockner / Heiligenblut. The apartment has family rooms. Never had such a great apartment before! A few steps from the raylway station at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Very convenient if you arrive by train. The wonderful apartment is extraordinary clean and tastefully furnished, the bed is very comfortable. The owner is especially supportive. We were allowed to ckeck-in earlier as usual due to an urgent visit in the hospital. THANK YOU VERY MUCH INDEED! We will definitely come back.

Pradl elf my- apartment features certain units with mountain views, and rooms are equipped with a coffee machine. The units will provide guests with a fridge. Very cleverly designed, clean apartment with kitchenette with all we needed for self catering; induction cook top, fridge, sink, clean and quality utensils, even a dishwasher. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the generous availability of more pods. Although a small double room, it makes great use of the space and we were comfortable, with one soft chair plus a comfy, wide bench. Large windows also enhance the space. Bed was comfortable, wi fi and shower great and soft thick towels provided. The large communal area downstairs is a bonus for those in larger groups or with children. Keno in reception welcomed us late in the day (he had already replied to our message when our train was delayed and reassured us as to door code etc if we were late to check in) On arrival he provided us with maps, our Welcome Card and and an informative briefing, including advice re food shopping prior to a Sunday and a public holiday when supermarkets are shut and then answered our many questions and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Despite it being late afternoon, he also happily showed us how to use the coffee machine; thanks Keno for such a warm welcome. Location was perfect, 1 km from the station, some of it via a pleasant park and cycle path along the river and a quiet peaceful area. It was an easy walk/cycle or use free public transport ( Welcome card) to the old city centre. A large supermarket and shopping mall is very close also. We made good use of the free bikes available ( with locks and baskets) to both explore locally and rode also to Hall and beyond along the river path.

At the aparthotel, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. I have to say this was one of my best hotel experiences. The studio room was amazing, the gym had everything I need, the spa and sauna area provided everything you could wish for and especially for hiking it is an absolutely amazing add-on to receive the Stubai Pass to use the buses along the whole valley to get to the amazing hikes available.

Definitely recomended for 1 or 2 people who is looking to travel here. The host was also a really nice person, very helpful, kind and understanding!

Great location and the apartment was amazing. Nice neat clean apartment with all you need, with a terrace and big garden in front of you, great grill place available to book. The second double bed was a sofa, but it was comfy like a normal bed, nothing shaky or squeaky as usual foldable beds. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. There was a binder with the information about activities around very well presented. We never come back to the same place but we really consider returning here :)

Arnela is a gracious hostess and was ready to help at all times, but offered full privacy unless needed. This is a place to come to spend some time exploring the amazing countryside, knowing you have a fully equipped, relaxing “home” to enjoy when you’re done.

Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would love to return!
