Spotless, well organized, modern, comfortable, new. We didn’t know there was also a gym and sauna at the property too! A pleasant surprise. There is also a a fresh milk vending machine across the street from the local farmer. Wow!

The hotel is modern, clean, and very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept on. The gym is outstanding — spacious, fully equipped, and honestly the best I’ve seen, even compared to many 5-star hotels. The sauna and spa area is absolutely beautiful, featuring three different saunas, a relaxing lounge area, and a breathtaking view that makes the whole experience unforgettable. Special thanks to the reception staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk who was very kind and helpful, answering all my requests with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and relaxation at the highest level!

The air-conditioned apartment is composed of 1 separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a toaster, and 1 bathroom. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. This was one of those cases when both the apartment and the hosts exceeded all expectations. I booked this place for my parents — they are still active, but already of respectable age — and thanks to the exceptional support from Tanya and the host Walter, their visit to Innsbruck became a wonderful, stress-free adventure full of impressions. Even while my parents were still on their way, Tanya arranged and sent them a QR code for free use of local public transport — it was incredibly convenient and helpful. Upon arrival, Walter met them at the building, showed them where to leave their luggage and offered a cozy lobby with coffee to rest while waiting for check-in. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed. The additional option of a fold-out bed came in handy — for older people it was really comfortable to have the possibility to rest on separate beds. The location is easy to reach from Innsbruck main train station, and all main tourist attractions are nearby. Beautiful view from the window, and the hosts stayed in touch throughout the stay.

Great location and the apartment was amazing. Nice neat clean apartment with all you need, with a terrace and big garden in front of you, great grill place available to book. The second double bed was a sofa, but it was comfy like a normal bed, nothing shaky or squeaky as usual foldable beds. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. There was a binder with the information about activities around very well presented. We never come back to the same place but we really consider returning here :)

Easy access, garage, comfortable apartment with everything you need. Kids ski school in front of the apartments, and everything else like ski rental, ski pas, ski cab, bakery, shops etc within walking distance. Very polite and willing to help staff. They even offer to pay us a few drinks because of the small delay in the apartment being ready for check in. Small things like that go a long way.
