The most important parameter before booking this apartment was the kind comments about the owner (Mr Altin). I have seen that all were true. He is a very kind, nice man with good intentions. The building, kitchen, bathroom, bed, towels, linens, slippers were all very clean. There is complementary water dispenser, coffee, and tea. The kitchen is shared with others but it was very clean everytime I came. There are three adjacent rooms with separate bathrooms, and there is a 4th room upstairs, a penthouse (with high ceiling). If it is not booked I recommend the penthouse (with very little price difference). It is isolated from other three rooms. It is 10 min walk from the city center (Skanderberg square)

Everything was perfect. The house's amenities and location were perfect. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. Even though he was abroad, he kept in constant contact with us. Because we had an early flight, he even got up at 4 a.m. to arrange the most affordable taxi in town. Thank you again for everything.

Easy self check in. The host was very kind and available on WhatsApp if I had any questions. The apartment was perfect for a solo traveler like me, or a couple. I loved having the little balcony. The street it was located on is very charming, tucked in amongst cafes and restaurants. There is a grocery store just around the corner. Within walking distance to anything you need.

The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space itself was perfect—clean, cozy, and well-equipped.

It is large, modern and was comfortable, quiet and very clean. The view from the window is very nice. The bed was cozy, kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, freezer, stovetop and oven. The host, Mr Olsi, was very nice to us and greeted us, gave us the keys and took us to the free parking spot and then to the apartment. He even helped us with the luggage. All in all, it was a perfect one night stay considering we were on a car trip, using a portable cooler.

The location is excellent and easy access to all the prime areas of intrest in tirana. Everything is just a stones throw away. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. Kitchen also has all the essential needed for making small things. Ilir the owner is highly approachable and easy going.. Very helpful with all our needs during our stay. My phone was not working and he took the effort to book our cab at early 4am and notified us when cab was at gate. All in all a very cosy and convenient place to stay. We will book it again whenever we are visiting tirana again :)
