My friend and I absolutely loved our stay here. The room was immaculately clean and had a nice view, as well as all the amenities you could need. The free laundry service was also highly appreciated! The staff were extremely friendly and communicative, and gave us lots of useful advice/recommendations. The location is convenient and easy to find. I would highly recommend for your trip to Hanoi : )

This gave me peace of mind and reassured me that I had made the perfect choice for my long holiday. After contacting the hotel by email and phone, they supported me in creating a detailed plan for my 7-day journey. Their advice was warm and practical, and they arranged a well-balanced itinerary that allowed me to relax while still experiencing many famous destinations. Highlights included a visit to the breathtaking Ha Long Bay, a cultural trip to Ninh Binh to explore ancient temples, and most impressively, a 3-day adventure in Ha Giang. With the hotel’s assistance, every detail—from transportation and accommodation to professional tour guides—was carefully prepared, ensuring the entire trip went smoothly. Another factor that gave me great comfort was the fact that all the hotel staff spoke fluent English. Communication was easy, and I could always receive quick and effective support. Beyond their professionalism, what impressed me most was their friendliness and genuine hospitality. Every staff member welcomed me with a smile and was ready to help, making me feel like more than just a guest. Thanks to their attentive care and excellent organization, my time in Vietnam was filled with joy, excitement, and unforgettable memories. Great location, pristine cleanliness, there was a small built-in kitchen, washing machine on the top floor (which saved us a lot of time, nerves, and money on laundry), a terrace with a view on the top floor. The staff would clean the place thoroughly whenever we asked them to. Bathroom was clean, with a proper non-glass door, hot water, and fresh towels. We could make tea at home as there was a kettle. Location is world-class. You have a North Korean embassy right at the corner and the Lenin Park right behind the block. Jokes aside, it‘s a walking distance to the Old Quarter, numerous lakes, and all the nice cafes but without the unbearable touristy hassle of the Old Quarter. Overall, a great place to stay!

Lee is a super friendly and nice person, one of the best hosts we had on our Asian trip (India, Vietnam). The place he offers comes with a great atmosphere and surroundings. In the neighbourhood, we had the best and the cheapest food in Hanoi. If I ever come back, I will stay again at Lee Homestay. About the room - it was simple. Bed, a few shelves and a huge window. The bed was comfy; everything was clean. We had a garden view so we saw some green trees and a fish pond. The place is quiet, and kids/family friendly.

    We loved our apartment, it felt like home. It was at the 7 floor, with an amazing view. It has everything you need (kitchen, washing machine, toiletteries). Very clean! Kind staff. There is also a common area where you can refill water for free. I loved that it seemed like they pay a lot of attention to the environment issues and try to choose sustainable options. Great location, on a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants (15/20 minutes walk from the old quarter).

    The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the kitchen is small but fantastic. They have an air fryer as well! The only real thing missing is forks. The staff are a little bit annoying but they just mean well. The bed is comfortable but not the best hotel bed I have ever slept on. Highly recommend this place! Would definitely stay again!
