Since we were traveling by car, the location was ideal. The neighborhood was peaceful and idyllic and still only a short drive away from the city of Uppsala. The apartment was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. The washing machine in the bathroom was a nice bonus. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

The house is spacious with a terrace right by the forest, plenty of places for the whole family, big living room, big kitchen. There are all the facilities we may need including very small touches that make us feel comfortable. It’s a Feel like home place. The host is very kind and checking in went as smooth as it get. A big and good supermarket nearby in case of need, good tracks for hiking, bus stop outside, quiet neighborhood.

I recommend visiting the historical site "Gamla Uppsala kyrka" as well as the nearby museum, which are only a few minutes walk from the accommodation. Great value for the money and nice location close to Uppsala old town. Close to bus stop, and the bus takes you to Uppsala city center in just few minutes. Simone and Anders were great hosts! Nice conversations :)

Peaceful, scenic, rustic cabin with stunning views. Its interior design was a delight to experience, although it may not suit everyone. It also had a variety of outside areas in which to sit and relax. We were sad to leave, but fingers-crossed we’ll be back!

Breakfast was not included but host might consider leaving a small hamper for guests who arrive late at night. They could put the cost of this onto the overall cost. Location was beautiful but again a explainer how to find the property in darkness would have been extremely helpful as postal code to us to properties prematurely.
