Amazing place in beautiful surroundings with a terrace in a typical local house which has been recently renovated, overall really aesthetically pleasing. We stayed for one night only but it’s definitely worth to stay there longer!

The location and the house of the apartment are just amazing. Very quit and calm. The apartment was somewhat special, furnished very detailed and thoughtful. It gives a feeling of living in a typical Portuguese farm life. The pool and its view was just stunning, what a sunset to see. There’s a place for BBQ, there’s bike to just take and farm animals. It was just great stay.

It was an incredible experience to stay here. One of the best ever. Perfect location and beautiful interior design. The layout of the apartment is peculiar as the bedroom is on the ground floor and the living room and kitchenette on the first floor with rounded stairs leading up to the first floor and terrace. We did not mind it but the bedroom area has no window. I would love to come back here!

I loved that this apartment is so sunny and spacious. It's super close to grocery stores and the main bus stop, and an easy walk to the beaches and Rota Vicentina. Highly recommend!

The hospitality was amazing. Ricardo was accommodating and gave us many recommendations on things to do in the area. I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend staying in Vila Nova de Milfantes on anyone’s trip along the Costa Vicentina. It’s really stunning. And I especially recommend staying at Casa do Avos. The property was tastefully decorated, in a great location, clean, bright and spacious. The courtyard was perfect for relaxing and for barbecuing.

A feeling that you entered a Portuguese family home! The superlovely host couple plus superbly stocked kitchen and welcoming rooms! The big space enabled everybody privacy and the tucked away terrace/garden was a great place to chill too. Added bonus - different board games and such a nice touch of cold beers and wine left for us as a welcome. Easy to park, nicelooking street.

Ideal, rather remote, quiet (helped by not being fully booked) location with a great view over (and walks down to) the estuary. Breakfast, delivered in a basket, was excellent and was almost generous enough to provide for lunch as well. The kitchenette was well equipped and gave the option of self-catering.
