Amazing! The apartment had everything we needed. Perfect for families, they provided us with a travel cot for our baby. Heating and AC. Washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen even had essentials like oil, salt, pepper in case you want to cook. Apartment was spotless. Super easy to check in and out. We had tv with Netflix. We’ve never been so impressed with accommodation. If we come back we will definitely stay here again.

The location behind the Pantheon is perfect and it is easy to get to most of the main attractions on foot. The apartment we had was spacious and clean, however if you want to self cater for dinner the kitchenette is small. With good restaurants nearby who wants to cook? One of the highlights is the terrazzo on the fifth floor. It was lovely to sit up there after a day of sightseeing to enjoy a glass or two of wine...perfect. Gino was a wonderful host and looked after us very well, including driving us to Fiumicino. We highly recommend these apartments.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The lady who checked us in was incredibly friendly and such a genuinely kind person. All the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, which we truly appreciated. It was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The location was excellent — just a short walk from the Vatican and close to the metro station. We'd happily stay here once again and recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Wonderful stay! Patrizia is extremely helpful and friendly. She answered my questions before I could even ask them :) I have received some very useful information and tips. The room was very nice and clean. Working air conditioning was an awesome addition, as the temperature was very different than in Poland when we were leaving the country. I truly recommend staying here.

This accommodation was great - not sure what I expected, but it was definitely a lovely surprise! I took the metro from the Termini station to San Giovanni and walked from there. All very easy thanks to excellent instructions sent by the lovely staff on WhatsApp. Both the San Giovanni and Manzoni metro stations are around 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. The metro is easy to use and will take you to Spagna in less than 10 minutes. The room was modern and spacious with hanging space, a fridge (which contained a treat), and a small desk. The bathroom was also a good size and the shower was great.

If you want to feel like a king, in all its splendor in Rome. This is the perfect place to stay. Everything is perfect. The building is wonderful, and from the moment you walk in, you feel the excellent taste and dedicated attention, right down to the smallest details. A thoughtful touch, they might even be waiting for you in flip-flops. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the kitchen as a gift, along with fruit. And besides, it's close to everything, so you can almost see Dad from the house. How close it is to the Vatican and places of interest The hosts are spectacular, as if they've known you for years.
