Very comfortable. Kind owner and great hospitality. Good breakfast, good coffee and very friendly. Took his time to help us and gave tips in the surrounding area (we went to a creek with a waterfall, would recommend as well). We slept great, it’s a quiet place.

Very cozy apartment in a quiet and beautiful place. The apartment has a good kitchen, equipped with everything you need, a nice veranda. Everything stated in the ad corresponds to reality. I would like to mention the wonderful hostess, who welcomed us very cordially, prepared for our arrival delicious cake, wrote us an interesting itinerary for exploring the neighborhood! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, to feel like at home is priceless!

Great apartment! Has absolutely everything one needs, so cozy and a great selection of books present as well! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There is coffee, tea, full kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. The view from the balcony was amazing!

This is a beautiful little house, a few minutes walk from the main village. We were very comfortable here. It was very well equipped with everything you need. It didn't get too hot inside, despite the scorching weather! There are lovely views from the windows and a nice terrace to sit outside. The owners also kindly let us check in early as we were going to a wedding.

Extra large rooms that are very spacious and comfy. The garden terrace was very picturesque and very private. Good facilities. The location in the countryside is very quiet and peaceful. Interesting things to see and do in the area (highlights for us were "Dream Woods" sculpture park and the Museo della Biodiversità in Monticiano). Good restaurants nearby. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They have two beautiful Maremmano sheep dogs, (Zen and Luna), Luna was especially friendly.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful traditional Italian house! The place is spotless, extremely well maintained, and has all the facilities you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you immediately feel at home the moment you arrive. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of the owners. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and were always available if we had any questions.
