I with my husband and couple of our childhood friends, started our North of Italy vacation at this property in Bellagio and.... this really made our trip! The host communicated with me before our arrival, give exact instruction about location, the keys and parking. We entered to the house and was shocked... warm (literally) and very cosy house, decorated for Christmas, waited us! Two bedrooms with convenient matrasses, kitchen with all facilities and.... heart braked view on the mountains. We had an unforgettable time at this property, and we want to come back! We had a wonderful stay at Bellagio. The small separate house had everything we needed, with the perfect combination of spaciousness and coziness. Although the location was about a 15-minute walk to the coast, the peacefulness and stunning views made the walk an enjoyable experience. Andrea, our host, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed explanations and excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and bakeries. The accommodation was impeccably clean and offered tranquil surroundings with beautiful views of the lake from the green surroundings of the loft. The neighboring family was equally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the area.

We spent a week in this apartment as a family of four. The place is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, secure, with a large terrace and air conditioning – which was a lifesaver on hot days. Parking or a garage is also available for guests. The host was very kind and helpful. When I needed a keyboard, he generously lent me his own. I truly recommend this apartment with a terrace – it’s a great spot to relax. Nearby, there’s a small pier where you can enjoy a coffee and take a swim in the lake. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Pro tip: At certain hours, especially in the evening, reaching the apartment directly via Google Maps may not be possible, likely due to an active ZTL zone. A good workaround is to set the nearby gas station as your destination – the apartment is just 100–200 m from there. During the day, navigation usually works fine.

Perfect apartment!! This brand new apartment is located on a beautiful, historic street. The owner was incredibly accommodating and met us on very short notice at 8:00 PM to show us the place. It's very spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a large living room. The apartment has four air conditioning units and is fully equipped with everything a traveler could need. A great grocery store is also conveniently located nearby. We stayed for two nights with our child, and it was absolutely perfect for our family.
