The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the beach and best resturants in the beach. Grocery and coffeshop just a few step away. The yard and pool was awsome, the room and bed was perfect, they helped us for transport to the airport. And they are so kind and very helpful. We really loved the place and the Acharavi, will come back very soon

Great location, georgeous gardens, lovely staff, nice breakfast served until 11. The only thing - really an English club style, so very quiet and more for 55+ people... we arrived with tattoes and motorbikes and I felt like in Dirty Dancing movie 😂😂😂

The location was perfect as it was just a walk away from shops, restaurants and bars, but still in a tranquil neighbourhood. The nearest beach was also just 10 minutes away on foot. We received a lovely welcome to the property and the facilities included a very well equipped bathroom, kitchen and living area. The bedrooms had plenty of storage space and the beds were very comfortable. There was also a large barbecue and outside eating area, which was covered to protect against the sun. The people living nearby were very friendly and hospitable and you felt that you were part of a community not just a tourist. We would certainly recommend Pipetos House as an ideal place to stay.

The property was clean with comfortable beds and each bedroom had a good size bathroom ensuite which is fantastic for a family of four. There is also parking at the front for a rental car. It was a fantastic experience. Nikos was a great host. The house is directly on the beach, there is a roofed terrace and a small garden with deckchairs. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a grill on the terrace. You can watch the sun setting over the sea from the garden. The location is great, not too busy. There are several restaurants next to the house (but there was no noise in the evenings), and and a minimarket. There are several supermarkets on the main street, ca 5 minutes' walk, a fish shop, a pharmacy, etc., so there is everything you need. The whole stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

PRO: It is located near a main road so it's easy to get there (no small, narrow roads that tests your driving skills) and it is close to minimarket, the restaurants and the beach. But all that with some dissadvatages (see bellow). The house is lovely, well equipped: full kitchen, lounge area, two bedrooms, medium size bathroom and shower, patio. There is also a big garden and a small barbeque.
