The apartment is nicely decorated, comfortable and very well located (well connected particularly to Gare du Nord and de l'Est). When the link for the security deposit didn't work, we were helped out swiftly via phone. Luggage could be stored easily in a locker before check-in and after check-out. They even promised to look for our kids' toy. The perfect place for us during our short trip to Paris.

I loved the apartment. Exceptionally warm. Centrally located I needed Closer to Palais de congress but also close To sightseeing. We did not use courtyard as too Cold so should have opted for a higher apartment for The view. Very happy though. Safe and secure. Would rebook in The future. Thank You

Just perfect. Would book this place again and again. Everything is spotless clean, stainless, high quality (bed linen, towels). Excellent location and the bus 40 ia very convenient and easy to take if you want to avoid the stairs mentioned in other comments. Service was excellent - we had several requests and their support was great. The air conditioning works perfectly and the small kitchenette is practical, modern and nicely done. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is with a great location, a walking distance to the things we wanted to see. At the same time close to a metro station, from where easily you can go to the sightseeings that are far. The neighbourhood is nice with many coffee shops and restaurants. The host was very hospitable. Thank him once again that. The flat was clean and with comfortable beds, two bathrooms with hot water, nice small kitchen. Definitely if we go to Paris again we will stay at this flat.

I’ve been in Paris many times, however I would say this is the best hotel I stayed in. I felt it is my second home. The fact that each floor has its own setting area to enjoy the breakfast and the afternoon coffee is so exceptional. All staff members are so friendly, can’t thank them enough. The room is bit small but very comfortable. The bed and the pillows are just perfect for a deep nice sleep. The location is ideal for those who want to escape away from the crowd of the city, however with a walking distance to Eiffel tower. Highly recommended.

The apartment is located in the 7th arrondissement, very close to the Eiffel Tower, and offers the best view I’ve ever had—absolutely stunning, with a perfect sight of the tower. It was an incredible experience to watch the tower sparkle every hour right from the bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the owners provided detailed and precise instructions the day before arrival. The bathroom had everything needed, including a sink, toilet, shower, and heater. The location couldn’t be better—just 100 meters from the Eiffel Tower.
